I Mr. Ashok Daulatrao Gore (ACP...) age 75 years. I am retired assistant police commissioner Mumbai police and I am president police awardee twice. I submit that I am suffering from pain in left shoulder following numbness from left hand to left feet. I was unable to walk properly since last 6 months. I had consulted orthopaedic surgeon Dr Rajesh Gandhi Mumbai who directed to get MRI of left shoulder and x-ray of back lumbar region. Though he had already taken x-ray of my left shoulder in his clinic. accordingly I did MRI shoulder and x-ray of lumber region show the reports to Dr Rajesh Gandhi when he has undergone all my reports and told me that only left shoulder has to be replaced. I told him that I am 75 years old man and not agree for this major surgery then he directed me to take blood reports for fasting postmeal sugar I showed him blood reports which showed excellent control of sugar.there upon you undergo physiotherapy for 2 weeks .then he will give me injenction in my left shoulder. I was not satisfied as per his advice and so I consulted Dr Shri Krishna S Dhone orthopaedic surgeon Thane. I sent him all my reports of MRI x-ray blood reports then he directed me to visit his clinic and admit in his nursing Home for 2 days. accordingly on 1st April 23 I was admitted in his clinic in his nursing Home and discharge today evening on 2nd April 23Dr dhone gave me injection in my left shoulder and immediately ask me to do exercises I did it with the result that my pain of left shoulder was reduced to 60% then he has given me traction to my lumbar region six times also give me heat by heat pad. He has also practically showed me physical exercises and yoga for 2 days he has directed me to do all his exercises in his presence which I did it.

I am very glad to submit that my pain in left shoulder and from left hand to left feet reduce to 90%. my body has become free and I can walk properly I agree with doctor dhone that MRI is not at all useful in such problems .only exercise traction and heat and yoga is very much essential and useful also. In Mumbai I came across many doctors and found them maximum commercial and not concerned to patient.Since I was in Thane during my police service I came across doctor Dhone in Kalwa Thane. who is very sincere hard working in his medical practice he believes and does very less surgery and gets cure the patient with traction exercises and yoga he prescribes less medicines and very much grateful to doctor Dhone. that during my 2 days day in nursing Home got 90% relief that physiotherapy and yoga. I found him very helpful conscious patient. concerned and very devoted for the betterment of the patient. he is very kind with poor people.and also use free treatment to poor people I wish him grand success in his medical mission God blessed Dhone. I hereby give my return consent to doctor Dhone to publish my return opinion in newspaper as well as in medical conference and also on TV .due to having trimmers in my both hand I am unable to write hense dictated my opinion and I stand by it and found it to be correctly recorded.

I was struggling with severe knee pain along with my mother (Age:60). My mother was advised operation costing around 3 lakhs at other hospitals. Today myself Mrs Kunda Sanjay Kamble R/O Retibander Kharigaon was suffering from Swelling from Knee Joint since 4 moths .All my blood investigations Sonigraphy Xray were done. Many medicines were taken but had no relief.Today I was treated by Aspiration & injection in Knee joint injection in muscles & Exercises.I m totally relieved of pain.Previously i spent more than Rs 10000 but was waste of my money.My husband is a driver & this is loss of money with no relief.
